Subscription & Recurring Billing Terms

1. What “Subscribe & Save — Recurring Research Supply” Is

Qualified research customers may elect a recurring supply subscription on eligible products. A subscription automatically re-orders the selected product at the interval shown at signup (default: every 30 days) and bills the payment method on file at the discounted subscription price displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Billing Frequency & Amount

The renewal price, billing interval, and included items are displayed at checkout and in your account before you subscribe. The amount charged on each renewal is the subscription price in effect at signup, plus applicable shipping, unless you are notified of a price change in advance (see Section 5). Each renewal generates a numbered order and an email confirmation.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period:

• Self-service: Log in to My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future renewals.
• Email: Contact support@unyxpeptides.com from the email on your account and we will process the cancellation within one business day.

No cancellation fees apply. Renewals that have already been processed and shipped are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Pausing & Skipping

You may skip an upcoming renewal or pause your subscription from My Account, or by emailing support before your next renewal date.

5. Price Changes

If a subscription renewal price changes, we will notify the email on your account at least 14 days before the next renewal. Continuing the subscription after that notice constitutes acceptance; you may cancel any time before the renewal.

6. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment and will notify you. Subscriptions with unresolved failed payments are suspended — you will not be billed again until payment is updated or the subscription is cancelled.

7. Refunds on Renewals

Renewal orders follow the same refund rules as one-time orders: see the Refund & Returns Policy. If a renewal processed in error and has not shipped, contact support the same day and we will void or refund it.

8. Qualified Research Use Only

All subscription products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only — not for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind. Each renewal order is subject to the same qualified-buyer terms as the original order under our Terms of Service.
