Processing

Verified research orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders requiring buyer qualification or compliance review may take longer.

Transit

Available carriers and estimated transit windows are shown at checkout. Transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guarantees.

Documentation

Packing records identify UNYX Peptides LLC, the research-order number, material description, quantity, and applicable lot. Packages are labeled for research use only.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact support within five business days of the expected delivery, or delivery of a visibly damaged package. Retain all packaging and provide the order number and photographs for review.
