At UNYX Peptides, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. All compounds undergo rigorous third-party testing before leaving our Arizona facility. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and regulatory compliance requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- Your order was lost or not delivered within 14 business days of shipping
- You received the wrong product(s)
- Your product arrived visibly damaged or compromised
- There is a verifiable quality issue confirmed by our team
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@unyxpeptides.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the product arrived damaged. We respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@unyxpeptides.com. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.
